If you can’t explain what your company does simply…
You don’t own the message yet.

Try this test:
- Explain your company to a 12-year-old
- Use 1 sentence
- No buzzwords

Bad:
“We deliver end-to-end digital transformation.”

Better:
“We help banks build better apps faster.”

Simple wins because:
→ People skim
→ People are busy
→ People don’t want homework

What’s your 1-sentence version?

Most “marketing plans” don’t fail from a lack of ideas.

They usually fail for one reason – no ownership.

You don’t need 30 tactics. You need 3 owners.

Simple rule:

> One person owns the channel (where the marketing happens).
> One person owns the message (what the company says).
> One person owns the numbers (performance and results).

Then, weekly you ask:

1. What did we ship?
2. What did we learn?
3. What should we change?

P.S. If one person owns all three, there is still clarity. If five people partly own each area, nobody really owns anything.

Your website is a sales rep.

It either works for you 24/7, or it pushes people away 24/7.

Quick website check:
→ Can you tell what you do in 5 seconds?
→ Do you say who it’s for?
→ Do you show proof?
→ Is the CTA clear?
→ Is it fast on mobile?

If the answer is “no” to 2+…
You have a clarity problem, 
and you’re losing leads before the conversation starts.

The buyer is not “one person.” It’s a group.

The average B2B buying committee has expanded to 8–13 stakeholders (Gartner, Forrester, 6Sense).

Groups move slowly. That’s why buyers do “buying jobs” like:
