My name is Tim Rogers. I am a coach, consultant, and change manager. My experience includes the corporatization of harbours and airports in a business capacity. In a sporting context, I'm a former Commonwealth Games triathlete and a four-time GB gold medalist (Coastal Rowing). I'm a rowing coach but also help people as a business and life coach. My current interests include addressing the impact of forever-chemicals for people living in contaminated areas, transformation of Health Protection Services, being a volunteer for Jersey's Cancer Strategy and the Island of Longevity Project. My more generalized interest is in helping people and organizations with change, with a real focus on the practical aspects of getting things done and achieving goals.

About Me

I’m Tim H.J. Rogers, passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential. My journey includes competing in the 2006 Commonwealth Games as a triathlete—where I placed 19th despite breaking my arm five weeks before the event. I later transitioned into Ironman competitions, placing 5th in my age group in South Korea and qualifying for the Hawaii World Championships. I also found success in coastal rowing, winning GB Gold in 2017 (Seniors), 2021 (Masters), and coaching teams to further success in 2022.

While I’ve moved away from competing, I continue to coach and support others, including completing a 14-day kayaking expedition in Greenland. I’m driven by a deep interest in people, performance, motivation, and team dynamics. Serving as Curator for TEDxStHelier in 2013 and 2014, and attending TED Global in Geneva, shaped my approach to leadership and growth. I also host the Adapting to Change podcast, where I explore themes of leadership, adaptation, and performance.

With an MBA in Management Consulting, ICF coaching training, and a Certificate in Applied Therapeutic Skills, I bring a unique blend of skills to help organizations like yours succeed with projects, programs, and performance strategies.
