Transforming the back office applications function in conjunction with the overall WPP IT transformation program.

Managing implementation of Burson-Marsteller EMEA (13 operating units in 11 countries) to the agreed timescales and constraints. 

Managing implementation of Cohn & Wolfe USA and EMEA (32 offices in 8 countries) to the agreed timescales and constraints.

Reporting to Kantar's global CFO responsible for the following: 

Managing a team responsible for the intercompany recharges across the group, the reconciliation, netting and settlement of intercompany balances,statutory reporting of a number of HQ companies

Responsible for the development of the “Netting” intercompany application and managing its implementation across the group. This application saves the group costs by reducing foreign exchange exposure and reducing transaction costs.
 
Working with Kantar’s CFO to transition the Kantar Business Systems team from one of the operating companies to the head quarters and budgeting for the organisation going forward.

Responsible for the financials of the Kantar HRIS systems implementation across the group. This project covers all the groups operating companies/geographies

Point person between Kantar and one of the operating companies Kantar Worldpanel involving reviewing budgets, forecasts and financials.
