At the age of 55, I quit my job after 36 years of corporate career, working in 12 countries. In 2020 I started my transformational journey as a coach and digital creator.

Currently working on three exciting projects: Canada Startup Association where I am helping Canadian Startups grow globally, my Solopreneurship Coaching and Consulting where I am helping my clients in brand building and starting their Solopreneurship careers and my LinkedIn Management Agency. 

Startups, business strategy and eLearning are three topics close to my heart. For over 36 years, I have helped countless clients in achieving excellence in growth and personal branding.

I grew my business on LinkedIn. 

Making things complicated for clients is the way to make more money, but I believe in simplicity. 

Keeping things simple works for me.

I see so much rubbish posts created by ChatGPT. 

But its not ChatGPT's fault, its your prompt that generates rubbish. 

Prompts with no brain behind them = Generate crap.

Simple: Bad input = bad output.

5 worst prompting styles I see every day:

1.  “Make it viral.”  
Virality is not a button.

2.  “Write like [famous creator].”  
Lack of training results in bad content. 

3.  One-line prompts.  
“Write a LinkedIn post on leadership.”
Too confusing!

4.  No opinion, no tension.  
If there’s nothing to challenge, there’s nothing to read.

5.  Zero editing.  
You copy-paste and hit post.
You skipped the thinking part.

AI only is best in amplifying thinking.

Sharp brain → sharp output.
Lazy input → loud nonsense.

If you want better content, start with better thinking.

I was invited at York University to teach LinkedIn. 

Thanks to Rahim Katchi, MBA for inviting me. 

I have been training on LinkedIn for over 10 years now. 

Still hear same question:

a. We do not know what to post. 
b. Why someone would read my post.
c. What my current employer will think about me.

This group asked the same (and few more questions). 

Twinkle Patel wrote: Today we had a guest lecture by Hammad, a LinkedIn coach, and it was really insightful.

He explained that everyone talks about experience, but hardly anyone talks about skills and knowledge, even though these two are the base of real growth.

He also shared how to find hidden jobs on LinkedIn jobs that are not posted but can be accessed through the right profile, engagement, and conversations.

Another important point he mentioned was that we need to post daily on LinkedIn, not just for likes, but to stay visible and build engagement over time.

Overall, it was a very practical session and gave a clear idea of how LinkedIn can be used properly for career growth. 

Tanzil Merchant , CAMS's profile was the most visible one in the whole group. He won a 30 minutes exclusive session with me.
