5 meetings yesterday and all were awesome.

2 were with young families, and I can't think of too many things better than the feeling that comes with helping young families grow and prosper.

Most people think generational wealth requires lottery luck, huge salaries, or risky investing.

But the truth is actually much simpler:

If past generations had taken just a few small, intentional steps to protect and pass on wealth, there would be tens of thousands of billionaires alive today.

Yes — billionaire with a capital B.

Not because they were geniuses.
Not because they had secret access to Wall Street.
But because simple financial decisions compound across generations in a way most families never learn about.

So why didn’t that happen?

Two big reasons:

1️⃣ Emotional decision-making
2️⃣ A lack of basic financial literacy

Even after working in banking and consulting, there were concepts in personal finance that I didn’t know. And if I’m being honest — had I learned them 10–12 years earlier, my financial outlook would likely be very different today.

One book that opened my eyes is The Missing Billionaires.
It explains why so many families lose wealth — not through spending, but through lack of planning and the belief that “it can wait.”

The truth is:

✅ You don’t have to be rich to build generational wealth
✅ You just have to start earlier than the generation before you
✅ Small steps today can change an entire bloodline tomorrow
