Lokalise is a leading localization automation platform, a B2B SaaS that helps tech teams at Notion, Mastercard, Starbucks, Hyundai, and 2500+ other companies ship quality localized products faster and serve more global users.

Joined as one of the first two full-time marketers (employee #20) to kickstart marketing efforts, gain traction, and build the function from scratch. During my time at Lokalise, revenue grew from $2m ARR to $20m ARR, and marketing team grew from 1 to 30+ people. 

Phase 1 (0 to 1)

- Defined early strategy and objectives, and led demand generation and demand capture.
- Led the initial content marketing strategy achieving +300% growth in organic traffic and high rankings in relevant keywords, and becoming a leading voice in the localization industry.
- Ran a series of webinars and demo sessions with partners like Intercom, Contentful, and Sketch, which generated 5000+ leads and influenced a pipeline worth seven figures.
- Audited and redefined the early-stage analytics stack and KPIs, built the first marketing/sales dashboard, and implemented a regular reporting cadence to track progress.
- Built and owned early infrastructure, marketing ops, and automations.
- Recruited and managed initial partners and agencies.
  
Phase 2 (1 to 10) 

- Led product analytics (Heap) implementation to enable funnel analysis, activation, and retention, and kick off PLG motion.
- Founding member of a cross-functional growth tribe, leading the acquisition squad. Defined operating processes, OKRs, experimentation principles, framework, and hiring.
- Launched over 100+ growth experiments across acquisition & activation:
- Doubled inbound sales-led motion MRR
- Improved new trial CVR by +21.25%
- Unlocked LI conversation ads (proved ROI)
- Improved MQL quality by 60%
- Launched two new mini-products for lead gen and proved ROI
- Achieved a healthy double-digit MoM growth in demos after redesigning and leading the GTM strategy for a new product line that had stalled.
