LandVault is the world's leading metaverse development studio with over 100 employees worldwide, a powerful community of experts, and a leadership team that is always pushing the boundaries of what is possible for the future.

My role is to manage the marketing team and lead the coordination, execution, and distribution of LandVault's marketing efforts.

Was heading up the social media service for Bigwave Marketing and at the reins of around 12 clients. Clients ranged from fashion, to leisure, to e-commerce. Responsible for the daily posting/scheduling, audience engagement, as well as reporting on the performance of the clients' social channels.

The company was previously called Admix, rebranded after a merger to enter web3. Raised over $37M in last 3 years from top VCs such as Elefund, Notion Capital, Force over Mass, Speedinvest, DIP Capital, SVV, Rocket Capital.

Users play free games sponsored by brands, for a chance to win discounts on 4 millions of products, from partners such as Amazon, Nike, Unilever, Virgin and Samsung. Funded by #1 madtech accelerator Collider and top angels. Couldn't get unit economics right so eventually pivoted towards custom B2B integrations for retailers.

Spent a year as part-time associate at Octalysis Group, the world #1 gamification consultancy lead by Yu-kai Chou (Gamification Guru of the Year 2014/2015, TED speaker, author). Learnt about user and game psychology, behavioural science directly from world renowned experts - something that is at the core of all products I design.

Betify was a TikTok for competitive people. Users snap videos of 'challenges' and the more upvotes they collect, the best rewards they win. Rewards are sponsored by brands, to engage their audience in new ways, for fun or for a good cause - such as the 'ice bucket challenge' back in 2014. Launched with a bang by hiring dozens of student ambassadors to create live challenges in Universities, hijack events (SW4 festival) and sponsored upcoming athletes (wakeboard, basejump). Never managed to hit critical mass to excite large brands.

RogueTrader

RogueTrader was the first arcade trading game for iPhone, pioneering hypercasual games before it was a thing. Grew virally with $0 spend, to get featured #2 on the Finance category of the AppStore, appeared on US National TV, and was Finalist of Game to Watch 2014.

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains

As Engine Strategy Engineer, I was responsible for engine allocation for the 3 FormulaOne teams powered by Mercedes HPP: Mercedes AMG, McLaren and Force India. During the season, my job consists in developing models to assess engine damage, processing and analysing results post races, to determine optimum engine use for the following races.

Other tasks and responsibilities:
- Virtual ECU development and deployment to track
- Engine mode sensitivities simulations
- Pre race simulations processing
- Software specification and support to trackside engineers

We played a little part of the US / Saudi investment forum yesterday in Washington DC, announcing a partnership with Takamol Holding  to accelerate AI and digital transformation in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 

Saudi Arabia’s growth is one of the most exciting story of the last decade, and I am proud to see them using Napster enterprise solutions to scale productivity and labour with AI!
