I have been in the insurance industry since 2012, working as a producer at an exclusive carrier, in the independent channel at an insurtech agency, and in the marketing and operations department at an agency aggregator. These experiences have helped me gain a broad understanding of the insurance industry and what it takes to grow a successful insurance agency.

My experience in the industry is diverse. 
- I have sold insurance and helped agencies to scale their own businesses in over 30 states. 
- I have helped to recruit and train successful sales agents and CSRs. 
- I’ve created and distributed marketing content and managed the social media presence of a large agency group.
- I've coordinated the onboarding and training of over 100+ agencies with dozens of insurance carriers
