As the Business Head at Ingram Micro India Limited, I was responsible for overseeing the company's own brand initiative, Vesta, which offers a wide range of IT products including Motherboards, UPS, Keyboard, Mouse, PC Cabinets, and Gaming Products.

Under my leadership, Vesta has become a highly profitable business unit, with a nationwide team of sales, marketing, and tech support and over 500 channel partners across India.

My journey with Ingram Micro began as a front salesperson, where I quickly learned the skills of sales management and partner network management, becoming a star sales champion and getting promoted to Branch Manager at the young age of 25.

With my strong Interpersonal and communication skills, I was able to set up a branch from scratch with just Rs. 10,000, and within 18 months, I successfully set up a full-fledged team and a profitable branch.

As the Business Head, I have learned the art of product management and acquired experience in managing the largest component IT business, Intel. I also took the opportunity to drive the Value Added Business lines like IBM Storage, Tandberg Data Storage, and APC UPS and turned out these Product Divisions a profitable proposition for both OEM and Reseller Partners.

I've designed and implemented innovative solutions that bring together the latest technology for an engaging, interactive learning environment. I've helped create over 5000 classrooms across India with truly amazing learning environments. 

But I don't stop there. I also empower educators to create dynamic, interactive lessons that engage students. I've trained over 40,000 educators on how to use digital tools to their full potential and helped more than 500 become Google Certified Educators. As a Google for Education Certified Trainer and a Google & Microsoft Certified Educator myself, I'm always on the lookout for new ways to learn and grow. 

I'm passionate about education technology and its potential to make a positive impact on education outcomes. I love sharing what I know with others and helping them create meaningful, impactful learning experiences for their students. That's why I'm also a mentor and speaker in the edtech space, where I share my insights and best practices with educators, administrators, and edtech enthusiasts.

Manoj Sundaram

I am the Founder & CEO of Tomorrowsmith Foundation, a social enterprise working at the intersection of education, health, and environmental justice through the lens of behaviour change. For over a decade and a half, I’ve worked with teachers, trainers, and changemakers to help them design learning experiences that transform. Whether it is building job-readiness in new teachers, reimagining public health training, or embedding equity and empathy into teaching, I believe that learning should lead to action.

My core expertise lies in curriculum design, teacher quality, and learning strategy grounded in behavioural science and practical field experience. I have led national-scale education programs, co-created systems change interventions, and advised organisations trying to make learning actually work in classrooms, communities, and beyond. I believe in the power of educators as catalysts. And, I’m committed to building the kind of learning that equips people to stay relevant, resilient, and responsible in a rapidly changing world.
