Every day, someone wakes up and decides to create LinkedIn content.

But at the end of the first week, they give up.

Only 3-5% of the people are consistent.

Even I'm not that consistent.

One of the few people whose content I truly enjoy reading is Alex Fine🌲, 🦾Eric Nowoslawski, and Matthew Putnam 🔵.

Here are the 5 systems I use to stay consistent:

1. Claude Projects for each team member - Fill context with best content examples, voice, tone preferences

 
2. Batch content creation - Create multiple pieces when inspiration hits

3. Clarity - Focus on pain points, problems, solutions first. Edit formatting later

4. Know your content types - Authority/POV posts, lead magnets, building in public content

5.  Trend awareness - Talk about trending topics. Tools like Cursor, Claude Code are content goldmines right now

Don't wing it. The consistent ones have processes.

Okay, I'm late to this whole vibe coding thing...

But this weekend I vibe coded my first web app on Cursor

It's a daily workout tracker with a HEATMAP. Got the idea from this trending tweet and thought... why not build it for myself?

And I'm kinda blown away by how STUPID easy this was. 

For context, I have ZERO coding experience. Like, none. 

If you ask me what a line of code is for, I'll have to ask GPT or Claude to explain it to me like a 10-year-old... which is exactly what I do right now. No shame.

Okay, back to the vibe coding.

So I just kept talking to Cursor agent like I saw in that Lee Robinson course...

"Hey, I want a dark-themed workout tracker that shows my progress in heatmap style. I want weekly, monthly and yearly views."

More chatting... and about 20 minutes later... boom.

Working web app.

The interface is clean, tracks everything I need, displays progress in those satisfying GitHub-style heatmaps (exactly what I gave it as reference).

Works perfectly for what I wanted.

Now I'm connecting it to Supabase so people can actually log in and save their data instead of losing everything when they close the browser (let me know if I'm doing this right).

But as soon as I was about to do that... it got REAL funny.

I hit my free plan limit QUICK.
Guess who's upgrading to a pro plan?

I'll share the app soon... or maybe you'll build it much faster than me.

For those, who want to know how I fixed errors?

Simple. Copy-paste the error into ChatGPT.

"Fix this for me."

Applied the solution. Done.

You can also use Claude for it.
You can do it on Cursor itself, but it quickly fills the context window. 

Right now, it's just me using it.
But I'm planning to give my friends access next week.

What's crazy is...

I read this post about a guy who built a Tinder-style restaurant picker app for his wife using Lovable. GENIUS.

These little apps... they start as personal solutions but I predict some of them will end up making people $3-5K per month in passive income.

What random app idea have you been thinking about but never built because you "can't code"?

BUT 56/140 calls were booked by AI

And before you dismiss this... 

12 of those AI-booked calls are already CLOSED.

Yet B2B companies are TERRIFIED of letting AI handle their sales conversations.

Every weekend, I review 4-5 sales calls, and prospects generally have questions like:

- "What if it sounds robotic?"
- "What if prospects notice?"
- "What if it says something wrong?"

All valid questions.

If I were a lead gen agency owner, I'd say the only way to find the answers is to try it out.

And I know some people will, because no one wants to spend 3 hours daily managing client inboxes.

Missing a $10K deal because your team forgot to follow up really hurts. 

The more time your SDRs spend typing responses, the more your competitors are scaling past you.

So, let me share how we do it:

We fed our AI system 40+ proven playbooks from our highest-converting campaigns. Post that the process is simple:

Founders in their 40s, 50s, even 60s do create content.

But it’s usually:

• Milestones
• Announcements
• “Proud to share…” posts

And that’s not where the real power of content lives.

Gen Z figured something out that most experienced marketers still underestimate:

👉 Building in public creates asymmetrical returns.

- They don’t wait for outcomes.
- They document the journey.
- They share the process, the thinking, the mistakes, the learnings.

And because of that, the downside is small. 

BUT the upside is massive.

One post can:
• Bring clients years later
• Build trust before a sales call
• Create leverage you can’t buy with ads
• Open doors you didn’t even knock on

That’s asymmetrical return.

You put in one unit of effort. 
You might get 100x, 1,000x, or more back.

If you're a busy founder, approach content like this:

Don’t try to be everywhere.

1. Pick one platform

- Learn it. 
- Understand the culture. 
- Build to a meaningful audience.

2. Then move to the second platform

3. Then the third

How to know you’re doing it right (3 levels)

Level 1: Your content is good.
Level 2: You’re getting thoughtful comments and leaving thoughtful comments.
Level 3 (rare): Your content is strong and your comment section is valuable.

That’s where trust, distribution, and leverage live.

Most people never reach Level 3.

But those who do get results that look “lucky” from the outside.

Content won’t give you everything in life.

But it can give you:
• Visibility
• Credibility
• Leverage
• Optionality

And in today’s world, those are the most asymmetrical assets you can build.

Last year, I tested something weird with cold outreach.

Instead of selling my service... 

I sold prospects on themselves.

And I booked 130+ meetings total. All manual.

Here's the exact process I used (you can copy this):

Step 1: Research their wins, not their pain

I spent 5-7 minutes on their LinkedIn looking for:

- Recent promotions
- Growth metrics they've shared
- Projects they've led

Step 2: Lead with their expertise

So my earlier sequence was like "I help SaaS companies generate leads..."

Which didn't get good results. 

So I changed a few things, example:

"Hey Michael, great posts about subject lines, shared them with my team since we do DFY services too :) Hope to see some good results."

Zero pitch. Making them the hero.

Step 3: Ask about their process

"How'd you approach the messaging strategy for that campaign?"

People love explaining how they did something impressive.

And believe me, they'll write paragraphs.

Step 4: Position the meeting naturally

After they explain their approach:

"That is so dope. You know I help run this XYZ podcast and this is exactly the kind of thinking our audience needs to hear. Would love to have you on the show."

Or for sales:

"That's so good. You've figured out the core boss man. Mind if we chat about it?"

CONCLUSION 

People engage with people who recognize their value.

I genuinely learned stuff from every conversation.

Because good information shouldn't stay buried for too long, imo.

"I don't know what to post on LinkedIn."

I used to say this every day. 
Staring at a blank post box. 
Overthinking everything.

So I showed up last year. Not that often. 
Got some decent results though. 1 million impressions and a few gigs.

For the last few weeks, I've been reading David Goggins' "Can't Hurt Me."
And one thing is for sure... 

HE IS THE BADDEST MOTHERF*CKER ON PLANET EARTH.

This guy talks about journaling and the accountability mirror. A LOT.

I've started doing both things. 
With a small twist of mine, ofc. 

Turns out, they're also the secret to never running out of content.

Here's what I do now:

I follow Dominic Hart's habit tracker process. 
End of each day, I write down what I did right and what I screwed up. 
Takes 5 minutes.

I also track basic habits. 
Reading. Working out. Walking.

Now those daily notes have become my posts.

- Had a terrible call with a prospect? That's a post about what not to do. 
- Finally figured out why my email campaigns sucked? Content. 
- Skipped my workout three days straight? Post about consistency.

The stuff you think is too boring or personal? 
That's exactly what people want to read.

Talk about your daily grind. 
People love reading that.

And I've started putting this on Substack weekly. 
My subscriber count? Zero.

But now I have 3 posts written just from last week's notes.

Most people stare at LinkedIn wondering what to share. 
But you live and breathe content every day.

You just don't think it's worth sharing.

Track your days. 
Share your process. 
The content will write itself.
