There's something very interesting going on in the lead database field right now. Many new databases coming out.

I’ve been playing around with tons of different ones. 

Prospeo.io just launched their V2 for lead data and the difference is noticeable.

Quick context: Been dealing with the usual data quality issues. Emails bouncing. Phone numbers going to reception. Contacts who left the company months ago.

Prospeo rebuilt their entire platform and the data's just cleaner.

What I'm seeing:

Way fewer bounces than I'm used to. Like noticeably fewer.

Phone numbers actually connect to the right person instead of random receptionists.

Data feels current - not pulling people who moved roles 6 months ago.

The technical reason (from what I understand):

They triple-verify emails before calling them "good" - checking actual mail server behavior, not just if the domain exists.

They refresh data weekly instead of selling static lists.

Mobile numbers get validated that they're direct lines, not company switchboards.

Why this matters:

Less time cleaning lists before campaigns.

Fewer bounces killing domain reputation.

More actual conversations instead of "this person doesn't work here anymore."

Still testing it across different campaigns, but so far it's solving the annoying data quality stuff I was dealing with.

But the point isn't the specific tool. It's the approach.

Diversify your data sources the same way you'd diversify anything else important in your business.

One source = gaps you don't even know about.

Multiple sources = more complete coverage of your actual TAM.

If you're only using one lead database, you're probably missing 20-40% of your addressable market without realizing it.

That's not a tool problem. That's a strategy problem.
