With over 17 years of dynamic experience in the field of Document Management within the construction industry, I've successfully navigated the intricacies of projects across multinational organizations. My journey has taken me from the vibrant landscapes of the Middle East in the Saudi Arab, UAE and Qatar to contributing to impactful projects in my home country, Pakistan.

I specialize in the development, creation, and implementation of Document Management Systems and Processes throughout all stages of construction, including Design, Tender, Construction, and Closeout. Proficient in using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Unifier, SharePoint, and Primavera Contract Management. My focus is on ensuring seamless collaboration, compliance, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

As a seasoned professional, I've had the privilege of hiring and managing Document Management Teams on various projects. I believe in empowering teams through training, and I've conducted sessions for both internal and external stakeholders. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my rapid promotion to Document Control Manager within 9 months of joining one organization.

I take pride in my achievements, including being awarded the Core Value Coin by the CEO of Parsons for a successful External Audit on the Lusail Phase 11 Project. My dedication to quality and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards has led to successful external and internal audits across multiple projects.

My passion extends to spreading awareness about the vital role of Document Control in project management on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Having worked with reputable organizations such as Scientific Tech, Omni Group, Morganti Group, Parsons International, and TPL Property Management, I bring a global perspective to my work.
