• Oversaw a rapid increase in hiring across multiple GTM functions, culminating in a new office move to support our continued growth within the UK.

• Hired & ramped 7 Direct2Outbound SDR Hires
• Hired 25 SDRs (New Business Inbound, New Biz Outbound, Customer Inbound) within 10 weeks without compromising on the quality of new hires whilst supporting further centralisation of GTM efforts in the UK

• Created #Road2AE and #Road2AM Playbooks 
** personally developed this and my rep went to become Tier 3 AE by month 3, closing 100k+/ month & 600k TCV in his first 3 months. August 2024 - he officially closed 1M in his first 12 months. Now we're implementing it on an org wide level

Transformed the team from underperforming team to the #1 in the whole ZoomInfo (450+ SDRs, 18+ SDR managers) 

• Selected as an SDR Ambassador for MEDDIC implementation

• Sept 23' = my rep sourced one of the biggest deals of the year 125k ACV/ 375k TCV

• Helped EMEA NBOB achieve the highest ACV during non-EOQ month

• Increased ASP (Average Selling Price) in EMEA

• Created all EMEA NBOB Playbooks which have made an impact and have been adopted on an org wide (EMEA + US)

• Co-written EMEA Promotion Guide & created New Business Outbound Playbooks

• Created Inbound2Outbound Playbooks, reduced ramping time & increased SDR retention 

Managing an SDR team remotely and in-person across 3 continents, 3 time zones, and 3 countries (the UK, Israel, the US).

Manager, EMEA Outbound Sales Development

• First ever UK/EMEA Team Lead

• As a Team Lead, I'm still SDRing, helping other SDRs to ramp up, grow, and improve their skills. I'm also their life coach, and a therapist. It's an interesting role indeed.

• I stayed paired up with Chris Hodgson (UK/EMEA AE) and helped him hit over 100% of the year 2022's Strat quota 6 weeks before EOY in his year 1 + finished 120% to quota in 2022 + finished #1 new business AE in EMEA for Zoominfo in 2022 + achieved $1.4m for the company in first year, landing 77 new business contracts. 

• Chris and I are a magic duo. We have stayed together and have been winning together!

• Was featured in Sales Confidence's 2022 Top 50 UK SDRs list

Team Lead, Outbound Sales Development

• First ever UK SDR at ZoomInfo to be promoted

• First person in the whole ZoomInfo UK to get promoted

• I was paired up with Chris Hodgson (UK/EMEA AE) and helped him hit 170% H1 quota (Highest quota attainment in H1) & Position #1 New Business AE in EMEA for Zoominfo. 

• I hit 158% H1

• Reached Senior SDR position 3 months after being hired externally direct to outbound GLB team

• Joined ZoomInfo as one of the founding UK/EMEA SDR on 31 January. 
• Did onboarding, and hit the phones 1st March
