- Competitive intelligence.
- Digital marketing, communication strategy.
- Administrative and financial management.

Telecom Nancy Services

I was in charge of all contracts offered to Telecom Nancy Services. In this capacity, I supervise a team of 10 account managers who take care of the administrative follow-up (contracts, specifications, estimates) in order to carry out clients' projects.

The goal of the project is to implement a new ERP system (SAGE X3 PROGILIFE) : AGILE project management following GAMP5 computerized systems compliance guide
-> Led this project respecting planned schedule and budget

- Performed UAT and adjusted the system parameters to our site requirements
- Elaborated protocols, executed the tests, controlled deviations, and
established reports for DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ1, PQ2
- Wrote and updated SOPs and processing instructions
- Trained end-users : workshops, continuous support
- Closely interacted with aseptic production, quality assurance, quality control,
supply chain and logistics, management control, accounting, IT
- Assured the system is ALCOA+ (data integrity and traceability)

Gene therapy approach for metachromatic leukodystrophy.
Performed several experiments including: 
- Cell transfection
- Immunofluorescence staining on cell and tissue
- Immunohistochemistry
- Western Blot analysis

Participated to the redaction of a review about CNS delivery of gene therapy (DOI: 10.1089/hum.2020.105).

As in my former research institute, I enjoyed interact with other students to collaborate, talk about Science and discover new ways of thinking.

Pendant longtemps, j'ai cherché mon épanouissement professionnel. 
Je me suis rendu compte que la seule manière d'y parvenir est en naviguant entre les expériences professionnelles. Seulement, elles viennent trop tard ou sont inaccessibles.
