My job was to develop all aspects of the business. More specifically :
- Development of corporate strategy.
- Product management.
- Business development
- Sales presentations; customer management. 
- Promotion and representation of the company; speaking at events (ICT Spring, Crystal Wings).
- Competitive intelligence.
- Digital marketing, communication strategy.
- Administrative and financial management.

Telecom Nancy Services

I was in charge of all contracts offered to Telecom Nancy Services. In this capacity, I supervise a team of 10 account managers who take care of the administrative follow-up (contracts, specifications, estimates) in order to carry out clients' projects.
