Sometimes the best opportunities find you when you’re not even looking.

Every year, we go camping to properly switch off: no screens, no emails, no distractions.

But on this trip,,, I broke my rule and saw a message from a headhunter; an opportunity to launch a global brand in a new market from scratch.

I jumped at it, and today, I'm helping scale Zinus into a leading furniture brand in New Zealand; building growth across direct-to-consumer, retail, and wholesale channels.
