Here’s the thing nobody tells you about content in 2025:

It’s not about posting more.

Everyone builds their identity around “what I do.”

I’ll tell you something that you Ignore : your “I” changes in a blink.

Because titles don’t last.

Founder.
CEO.
Operator.
Creator.

They feel permanent until they’re not.

I’ve seen people lose their company and lose themselves in the same moment.

Not because the business failed.

Because their identity was built on the role, not the person.

When the title disappeared, nothing was left underneath.

The people who survive that moment are different.

They know who they are outside the company.

Their principles don’t depend on a business card.
Their judgment doesn’t disappear with a role.

Companies change.
Roles evolve.
Titles come and go.
Character doesn’t.

Build the person first.

Then build the company.

In that order.

I reviewed a SaaS founder’s LinkedIn last week.

Smart founder.
Solid product.
Zero buyer traction.

Here’s what was wrong:
– Headline listed features
– About section read like a pitch deck
– Posts focused on shipping updates
– No buyer pain anywhere

What we changed:
 • rewrote the headline in buyer language
 • reframed the About section around outcomes
 • replaced updates with problem-led posts
 • clarified who the product is not for

Result?
– better quality DMs
– fewer “cool product” comments
– more serious conversations

Your LinkedIn isn’t a resume.

It’s a positioning asset.

Treat it like one.

Why “posting daily” is a low-IQ strategy for early-stage founders

Posting daily won’t save your startup.

It just hides the real problem.

Most early-stage SaaS founders post every day because:
– it feels productive
– it avoids uncomfortable conversations
– it creates the illusion of momentum

But here’s the truth:

If your message is unclear,
posting more just spreads confusion faster.

Buyers don’t think:
“Wow, this founder posts a lot.”

They think:
“Do I understand what this product actually solves for me?”

One clear post > ten noisy ones.

Early traction doesn’t come from frequency.
It comes from message-market fit.

Post less.
Say something sharper.
Let clarity do the work.

If you’re in your 20s and feel like you don’t know what to do with your life, I get it.

That phase where you feel like you have no real skills yet.

No clear direction.

And everyone around you seems to be moving faster than you.

Your friends might joke that you’re doing nothing.

Sometimes it even feels true.

I’ve realized something though most people in that phase don’t actually lack potential.

They lack a starting point.
For me, one thing that quietly changed everything was creating content.

Not because it made me famous.
Not because it gave instant results.

But because it forced me to confront myself.

If you struggle to speak, recording videos makes you face your voice.

If you think you can’t write, posting makes you practice clarity.

If you’re afraid of judgment, publishing teaches you how to handle it.

Content isn’t magic.

It’s pressure.

And pressure builds skill.

When you start posting about things you like even casually you end up learning things you didn’t plan to learn: editing, writing, communicating, positioning, thinking clearly.

You don’t even realize when you stop being “someone who doesn’t know anything” and start becoming “someone who can do things.”

That shift is quiet. But it’s real.

I’m not saying content creation is the only path.

I’m saying it’s one of the few paths that teaches you multiple skills at once while also fixing your mindset.

It doesn’t solve your life overnight.

But it forces you to stop sitting still.

And sometimes that’s all you actually need movement.

I used to freeze when I wasn’t sure what to do next.

With too many options for the longest I remember
But, for the past 15 days, I’ve been following this one rule instead

When I’m not sure what to do I build capacity.

📌 I go to bed on time even when tomorrow isn’t mapped out.
📌 I keep building an audience even without a clear product.
📌I add value to for my audience with no promotion planned.
📌I train even when there’s no immediate payoff.
📌 I save money even when I don’t have an investment thesis yet.

This isn’t discipline.

It’s optionality.

Opportunities don’t come with instructions.

They appear briefly and only people with capacity can recognize and act.

Look at how this plays out at scale:

Joe Rogan talks about aliens, comedy, fighting, politics, bio-hacking.
Dwayne Johnson spans WWE, movies, football, fitness, tequila.
Alex Hormozi built leverage by stacking skills: sales, marketing, capital, and endurance.

None of them picked a niche first.

They built themselves wide and sharp enough that the niche revealed itself.

Same rule applies in business.

You don’t pick your niche.

You are your niche.

So now, when things feel unclear, I don’t wait.

I prepare.

Because when that fat pitch comes

I want to already be at the plate.
