El 99% usa ChatGPT como un buscador glorificado. El 1% lo usa como una extensión de su cerebro.

La mayoría sigue obsesionada con encontrar el "prompt perfecto", pero ignoran lo más importante: el Flujo de Trabajo (Workflow).

La verdadera productividad no viene de saber palabras mágicas, sino de integrar la IA en tu vida real. Pasar de tratarlo como un chatbot a tratarlo como un analista, consultor y socio creativo 24/7.

He bocetado en mi cuaderno los 8 hábitos operativos que separan a los novatos de los "Power Users":

1️⃣ MODO VOZ (Walk & Talk) 🗣️
Deja de teclear sentado. El pensamiento fluye diferente al moverse. Úsalo mientras caminas para brainstorming activo.

2️⃣ VISIÓN (La Cámara > Texto) 📷
¿Error en pantalla? ¿Ingredientes en la nevera? No describas. Saca una foto. Ahorra 10x tiempo en explicaciones.

3️⃣ DATA ANALYSIS (Tu analista) 📈
No pidas fórmulas. Sube el Excel/CSV directo y pide: "Grafica tendencias y encuentra 3 anomalías".

4️⃣ CUSTOM INSTRUCTIONS ⚙️
Configura quién eres y cómo quieres las respuestas una sola vez en ajustes. Deja de repetir contexto en cada chat.

5️⃣ EDICIÓN (Branching) ✏️
No escribas "No, espera..." abajo. Edita tu mensaje original y crea una rama limpia. No ensucies el contexto.

6️⃣ MEMORIA ACTIVA 🧠
Tú mandas. Usa comandos como: "Recuerda que uso Python" o "Olvida el Proyecto X". Mantén su memoria limpia.

7️⃣ GPTs PROPIOS 🤖
¿Corriges emails igual todos los días? Crea un GPT especialista solo para eso. Especialización > Generalismo.

8️⃣ TEMP CHAT (Incógnito) 👻
Para dudas rápidas, usa chats temporales. No entrenes al modelo ni ensucies tu historial con ruido.
