Each one serves a different purpose and 
come from the book Sacred Rest by Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith. 

The point isn’t that you have to rest in the way I do, 
but here’s an example.

The way I practice sensory rest is by having 
no phone for 30-min - 1 hour in the morning.

Find the ways you rest and make it a priority to make time for it the same way you make time for your work. Hope this helps!

Last year, I hosted my first women in business retreat in Spain with 7-8 Figure entrepreneurs.

Here's what I learned from bringing a group of ambitious, successful, and creative women together for 4 days:

Nothing ever goes as planned… in business and in life! 

But that's the beauty of building something from the ground up.

Seven hours of presentations wasn’t enough! Everyone went way over their allotted time because we had so many questions and even our late-night convos consisted of asking more questions.

But the thing that stood out most was realizing that we all really needed this.. 

We unplugged from our day to day however our brains were still being fed and we felt just a little less alone. 

Community creates energy, and we all could use a little more of it.

Grateful for these women and excited to do this again this year!

What I realized is the more content we consume about our “dream life”, 
the further away that dream actually becomes.

So this is your reminder to focus on what you can control: 
Your time, attention & execution.

That's when inspiration starts to come back. When you can limit distractions and focus on building your dream reality!

Perspective shapes your reality, so choose it wisely.

I spent years thinking I was too sad, too lost, too misunderstood to build the life I wanted.

But somewhere along the way, I realized the stories I told myself weren't facts, 
they were just the perspective I chose to see things from.

So I started reframing. 

The life you're building starts with the perspective you choose.

If you've been stuck in a limiting story about yourself, 
I hope this reminds you that you can rewrite it.

Perspective shapes your reality ➡

If you have an audience but haven’t monetized it, 
here's my 4-step process for launching a digital product in 72 hours.

This is also exactly what I did when I launched my first digital product in 2024 that did  $30k in 30 days with ~30k followers. 

I'm breaking down:

1. How to find what your product should be about (hint: check your DMs)
2. Why you need to promote it 3x/week minimum 
3. How to start building your email list immediately
4. How to actually launch without overthinking it

You don't need a massive following or a perfect product. 

You just need to start before you're ready.

I have a theory that if you focus on these 4 content types, you can build a 7 figure personal brand.

1. Viral Content: Generates Awareness
This is top-of-funnel work: trending sounds, controversial opinions, unfiltered reactions. It's the hardest one for me, but here's what I've learned: create content the second you feel compelled to share your opinion. Use that raw energy. That's when you're most magnetic.

2. Value Content:  Build Trust
This is where you teach something people can actually use. Think frameworks, strategies, actionable takeaways (like this post). This is what makes people attribute their wins to you.

3. Lifestyle Content:  Manufactures Aspiration
Week-in-the-lifes, behind-the-scenes, monthly learnings. This lets people see who you are, what you're passionate about, and how you move through your world. For me, this looks like carousel swipes of my monthly reflections or showing how I’m building projects in my business from scratch.

4. Storytelling Content: Positions you as the Main Character
This is the hardest because it requires actually living your life first. AI can't replicate your experiences or perspectives in writing. I do morning pages almost every day to extract my unique point of view, and my content is structured like journal entries because that's literally what they are.

Most creators master 1 or 2 of these and then build on more layers later.

Stop feeling scattered with your time, 
and start mastering the art of time blocking.

Here are the 5 time blocks I use every week that you can copy:

1. Management:
Meetings, team reviews, emails, Slack. 
All the typical business stuff that keeps things moving.

2. Content:
Scripting, filming, editing, ideating, 
anything that falls under marketing.

3. Consumption:
Intentionally reading books, podcasts, 
or studying competitors to feed my brain with what I need to know. 

4. Thinking
Journaling, brainstorming with AI, sitting in silence with zero input. 
This is the most underutilized time block too many people push. 

5. Play
Gym, friends, cooking, partner time. 
Anything that builds my happiness & relaxation, unrelated to business. 

Try this structure and let me know how it goes!

I gave myself 7 weeks to launch my business sorority brand, Kynn, 
and here's what week 1 looked like.

This video shows the behind-the-scenes of:

• Finalizing our brand identity with our graphic designer
• Building the social media go-to-market strategy (lots of ChatGPT brainstorming)
• Mapping out messaging and content before creating anything!!

Looking back now, the planning phase was the most important part but remember too much of it won’t be helpful.. Done is always better than perfect.

I was spending 5+ hours a week on tasks that didn't move my business forward and notion agents helped me change that.

Here's what I automated:

1. Formatted to-do lists for Slack.
2. Caption writing (my least favorite task, watch how I create an SOP for my Agent to follow).
3. Database creation from scratch (of venues to rent in LA for future retreats).

If you're struggling with personal branding, here's why:

Most creators start by treating social media like a mirror.

They create a polished version of themselves 
that feels safe but isn't authentic.

The way to actually win is to treat it like a *window*

That way, how you present yourself is the same way others see you.

Here's a simple 2-step exercise to get there, ask yourself:

1. What conversations do people come to you for?
Are they seeking advice, step-by-step guidance, your humor, your stories? These will become your formats.

2. What are your recurring topics?
Business, Health, Finance, Spirituality, Relationships?

The overlap between these two things is how you start 
creating content people are genuinely invested in.

To be magnetic is to be effortless.

So if you're trying to curate a vibe or be someone you're not, 
you'll waste your time building a personal brand.

Your vision will die in vague mood boards. I'm breaking down the 3D Vision Boarding Method I use to create vision boards that actually drive my business forward:

1. Depth ⟶ Your brand's identity (insert something of what i say in video here) 

2. Direction ⟶ Your measurable goals (KPI focused ex: Revenue target, # of customers, % of growth, etc)

3. Dream ⟶ Your legacy play (long term outcomes and/or big vision)


The key: Put this somewhere you'll see it daily. Then get back to work.

The #1 hidden cost of building a personal brand is not filming or editing.
It’s how you organize your footage. 

And doing it right allows me to post every single day without burning out.

Here my the system:

After every time I film I upload my videos to an album in my phone called 
“to upload” 

Then, I centralize all that footage into a Dropbox folder, where my team and I can easily access it and organize it. 

Bonus hack you can steal:
I have a Zapier automation set up so that 24 hours after a filming event ends on my calendar, I get a Slack reminder to upload the footage.

This helps me stay organized and my camera roll clean, which is what you need when creating content. 

The second you start to feel overwhelmed or that things are taking too long…
It stops being sustainable. 

Remember, content isn't just about ideas, it's about systems. 
If you can't organize it, then you can't sustain it.
