Acted as a Swiss Army Knife to help scale Klick from an early-stage challenger to the dominant market leader in its space.  Ultimately added zeros to revenue and headcount. Highlights included developing a cohesive talent strategy, partnering with leadership to optimise career paths and succession plans. I also influenced a shift towards a more performance-based culture, managed smooth post-merger integration and established a new centralised model across an international IT function with 76 divisions.

Led HR role in the start-up and rapid growth of a new and first to market ‘Know Your Customer International Outsourced Business (K.Y.C)’, which went on to become the industry success story, the $6BN turnover, Refinitiv.

This included:

• Project life cycle contribution - Scoping, business planning and securing investment funding, 
   design of the global target operating model, appointment of Exec. Team.
• Directing the people agenda throughout the project lifecycle and into business as usual, including 
   the acquisition of 480 employees and the establishment of successful operations centres in 
   Poland, Malaysia and South Africa within a year in order to onboard 3 Tier 1 (Bank) customers at 
   the end of 12 months.

Over a four-year period of significant organisational growth and M&A-related change at Thomson Reuters, I played a lead HR role in the seamless consolidation of the Risk Business from several fragmented teams into one cohesive international organisation, as well as driving transformation of the enterprise sales organisation into a consultative solutions sales model with major gains in capabilities, cost and sales.

Highlights included delivering a series of efficiency gains, including a $9M cost saving from transforming corporate functions. I also enhanced senior level recruitment, providing integral input into a programme that increased internal senior applications by 30% and appointments by 20%.
