•Increased import program revenues over a seven year period from $1.5MM to $2.3MM annually.
•Spearheaded a new global import initiative, directing a $10MM component sourcing program with suppliers in China and Taiwan.
•Implemented our ability to compete for custom-engineered products for national clients based upon overseas manufacturing. Negotiated all custom contracts, performed supplier audits and accountability, established pricing strategy, and led continuous improvement.
