As an LTS Support Consultant, I worked directly with recruiters and customers worldwide to troubleshoot issues on our Global Customer Operations team. This refined my customer service abilities and writing chops while gaining deep expertise of LinkedIn's Recruiter product.

• Crushed weekly quota attainments, always exceeding 100% and finishing with 122% average overall

UMD AMA (formerly "terpAMA") is THE organization for UMD students interested in marketing. 

During my Presidency, my team executed an incredible revitalization of UMD AMA. I oversaw all operations, projects, and strategic initiatives by building and leading a 10-person executive board. In addition to the accomplishments listed below, our team redesigned the executive leadership hierarchy, restored the annual "Undergraduate Marketing Conference," and cemented 8 new strategic partnerships.

Accomplishments:
• Quadrupled club membership from 18 to 72 (YoY) by leading complete AMA rebrand (aesthetics, messaging, etc.)
• Secured $1,400 in brand-new corporate sponsorship through contract negotiation with corporate partners with companies like Adobe
• Provided 100+ hours of consulting to local non-profits by overseeing strategic direction and re-launch of RedBlack, 15-person internal marketing consulting group led by VP of Marketing Consulting

ABOUT PROJECT: HelloFresh is the world leader in meal delivery kits. They get new customers primarily by tabling at gyms, malls, etc. Since HelloFresh expanded so quickly, they had no way to track tabling success. As a result, HelloFresh had wasted tons of money investing in tabling at events where they weren't making a profit. They came to us looking for a way to track and measure data to make more informed decisions.

WHAT WE DID: 
1) Linked 6 HelloFresh back-end databases to generate data insights by creating unique event identifiers
2) Analyzed data through Excel and Pivot Tables to understand key trends and historical performance
3) Visualized data findings in Tableau to communicate data for non-technical team members

IMPACT: Reduce costs $2.7M over 2 years by identifying underperforming events and providing insights to minimize these events moving forward
