For more than twenty years, I have built and scaled companies across MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, AI, and Cloud. I have operated at every stage of growth as a co-founder and C-suite leader across Angel, Seed, and Series A companies, and as an early leader at Series B and Series C companies. I also co-ran a North American division inside a Fortune 250. I built offices, teams, cultures, and GTM engines that grew from zero to meaningful revenue through hypergrowth, acquisitions, and shifting markets. My work has appeared in ADWEEK, AdAge, Variety, The Drum, AdExchanger, MediaPost, Business Insider, Morning Brew, Cheddar News, Forbes, and TechCrunch.

Today I am the Founder and CEO of OhHello, an AI-powered mentorship platform helping modern teams solve problems faster and grow with confidence. We give employees real-time access to experts who have done the work.

I am also the Co-Founder and CEO of Marketecture Media, a B2B media rocketship giving marketers and tech leaders real insight into the advertising ecosystem and beyond but without the corporate gloss. 

Earlier in my career, I launched TubeMogul’s Central U.S. region and led the team that scaled it from zero to nine-figure revenue. After Adobe acquired TubeMogul (2.5 years post IPO on NASDAQ), I led Adobe Ad Cloud’s GTM team across North America. I have opened six offices, managed hundreds of people, overseen hundreds of millions in revenue annually, and helped grow countless careers. My leadership style is direct, human, and grounded in outcomes. Let's have fun!
