I am responsible for overseeing the organization's Professional Military Education and serving as the Senior Enlisted Leader. I interfaced with command teams across 3 Air Force Wings/28 organizations, acting as the subject matter expert for program, school management, and faculty enrichment and development. I led a team of four instructors and directed the scheduling for 1,300 course hours, developing 350 Active-Duty Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, Active-Duty Navy, and Active-Duty Coast Guard personnel. Additionally, I navigated three multi-organizational learning systems and maintained/guaranteed school accreditation and affiliation with the Community College of the Air Force and The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.  I managed a $1.7M facility, a $30,000 annual budget, a $185,000 technology account, seven graduations, and $50,000 in contractual services, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for all students.

Managed a 73 member military and civilian team. Setup cargo for loading and downloading. Managed the Aerial Port Expediter Program.

Section Chief, Ramp Services

Responsible for ensuring conformity with safety, environmental and quality standards for 1,600 Active-Duty Air Force, Air Reserve Technicians and Department of Defense civilian personnel. I executed and implemented the Maintenance Group Commander's Inspection program, developing assessment plans for four squadrons and nine-member inspection managers, and validated unit effectiveness. I managed a robust organizational Continuous Process Improvement program and cultivated a culture of change, creating opportunities and targets for eight improvement agents across four sub-organizations. Additionally, I cultivated cross-functional professional development situations by generating unique opportunities and learning opportunities for 29 career fields.

Superintendent, Inspections and Continuous Process Improvement Programs

Led a team of 34 military and civilian professionals at the Department of Defense's busiest C-17 aircraft location. I was responsible for providing support for 40 C-17s worth $9B and 6,400 in-transit missions. I oversaw the Installation's Cargo Deployment Function (CDF) operations, safeguarding 22 personnel from five work functions in support of three wings and their readiness to deploy. As the Joint Inspection Program Manager, I mentored six instructors and authored course materials while validating training to meet the organization's 24 personnel deployment commitment. Additionally, I managed nine additional duty programs within $9M worth of facilities. I updated training and appointment letters for the organization's hazardous material and controlled access areas.

Section Chief, Special Handling

I directly supervised a three-member team and oversaw 20 dormitories valued at $72M. My responsibilities included overseeing the training and capability of 67 Military Training Instructors and the training of 38,000 Airmen annually. I served as the focal point for coordinating unit and staff operations across 42 programs, policies, and processes, ensuring strict compliance and securing a "No-Finding" inspection program. Additionally, I was responsible for unit ancillary training and annual instructor qualifications, certifying and scheduling members for Professional Military Education and other areas of deliberate development. As the Self-Assessment Program Monitor, I reviewed and validated squadron MICT checklists, tracking deficiencies through closure.

As a Military Training Instructor - Facilitator, I was directly responsible for the health, morale, and welfare of over 700 Basic Military Training (BMT) recruits annually. In this role, I mentored recruits on the foundations of military life, while developing discipline, pride, leadership, teamwork, and organizational core values. I delivered instruction on military standards, drill and ceremonies, physical training (PT), dormitory maintenance, and warrior ethos and mindset. Additionally, I managed Charge of Quarters for assigned trainees, providing safety and security for a $68M Airmen Training Facility. To excel in this role, I had to possess strong leadership and teaching skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and inspire recruits to reach their potential as military personnel.

Military Training Instructor - Facilitator 

As a Military Training Instructor, I was directly responsible for the health, morale, and welfare of over 700 Basic Military Training (BMT) recruits annually. Military Training Instructor

As an NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge), Passenger Terminal, I led a team of 60 military and civilian personnel providing special passenger mission support for the President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, and other senior US political and military leaders. In this role, I monitored passenger services and baggage processing, validated travel eligibility, and ensured compliance with foreign clearance guidelines. I also coordinated processing, passenger planning, and uploading of aircraft in support of the US State Department, US Secret Service, and the White House Communications Agency. I enforced local policies and procedures while coordinating airlift requirements with higher headquarters for movements to four continents. Additionally, I planned, coordinated, and executed logistical requirements and support for Air Force One and the 9/11 Judicial Processing team. To be successful in this role, I had to possess strong leadership and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple agencies to support high-stakes operations.

Provided critical briefings on mission operations and coordinated with base agencies to publish daily schedules in support of high-profile officials such as the President, Vice President, US and foreign Distinguished Visitors. In this role, I supervised port operations and ensured efficient processing, load planning, and cargo upload in support of the State Department, US Secret Service, and White House Communication Agency officials. Additionally, I monitored and forecasted airlift capability requirements, providing recommendations for increase or decrease as necessary. To succeed in this role, I had to possess strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple agencies to support high-stakes operations.

As an Airport Operations Supervisor, the role involves coordinating with multiple base agencies and reviewing the daily schedule to ensure seamless support for high-level officials, including the President, Vice President, US and foreign Distinguished Visitors. Additionally, I was responsible for coordinating, processing, load planning, and cargo upload in support of the State Department, US Secret Service, and White House Communication Agency officials. I coordinated vehicle and Material Handling Equipment support, meal delivery, and service lavatory and water systems to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers. My role required strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple agencies to support high-stakes operations.

Flight Supervisor, Aerial Port Operations

Information Coordinators are responsible for coordinating theater and strategic airlift requirements with Tanker Airlift Control Center, base operations, and higher headquarters command post. In this role, member monitors ground operations, identify potential problems, and redirect personnel and equipment to ensure mission accomplishment. Inputs mission data into the Global Air Transportation Execution System and Global Decision Support Systems to ensure 100% intransit visibility. Additionally, brief and debrief aircraft crew members on passenger and cargo load characteristics, and coordinate special loading requirements for all aircraft departures. Overall, this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the success of mission-critical operations.

Information Controller, Air Terminal Operations Center

Was responsible for overseeing the mobility requirements of a military unit consisting of 66 different types of personnel and equipment codes, ensuring both were always deployment ready. This role involved updating various reporting tools such as the AEF Reporting Tool and the Status of Resources and Training Systems report (SORTS) to higher authorities, scheduling training for personnel, compiling important information into deployment folders, and procuring necessary supplies and weapons. Responsible for managing and inspecting the unit's weapons and ammunition accounts, which were valued at $31,000, and working closely with other organizational agencies to support mobility exercises. To be successful in this role, having previous experience managing mobility requirements for a military unit, knowledge of reporting tools such as the AEF Reporting Tool and SORTS, familiarity with procurement processes and managing weapons and ammunition accounts, ability to work collaboratively with other organizational agencies, and strong organizational and communication skills.

With 20 years of experience in logistics and systems, I am adept at identifying and solving process inefficiencies, developing training programs, and ensuring school accreditation and affiliation. I also serve as the Senior Enlisted Leader and the subject matter expert for school management and faculty enrichment and development.
