This happens far more often than most realize and goes unnoticed for months (I've actually seen it go on longer...). And if you let it drag on too long, there could be some real opportunities that have already passed you by.

Law Firm Fractional CMO and Marketing Strategist

Last year I hosted a monthly webinar in an effort to put genuinely smart people in front of the legal industry and let them share their knowledge. 

We had legal marketing experts, biz dev leaders, tech specialists, financial professionals etc. 

There were never any decks or presentations. These were very straightforward and raw conversations about what's working, what's broken, and what law firms should be thinking about next. 

The response honestly surprised me. 

Attendance was always strong, engagement was thoughtful, and it resulted in a lot of really solid follow-up conversations. The general feedback was, "this is really freaking useful."

Before I stay in the webinar deep end throughout 2026, I want to pressure-test the format before locking anything in. So I'm doing a bit of crowd-sourcing.
