At TZS Digital, I started as a Digital Marketing Executive, stepping into a new and exciting chapter of my career.

Initially, my main responsibility was digital marketing, working mainly on SEO, SEM, and email campaigns, which involved creating and implementing strategies to promote our clients' products and services online. It was exciting to explore the many ways digital channels could help us reach the right audiences.

Over time, I found myself involved in client servicing tasks. I learned the importance of clear communication and understanding client needs. Building strong relationships with clients became a priority, as their satisfaction directly impacted the success of our projects.

One of my favorite parts of the job was social media management. I enjoyed brainstorming creative ideas, crafting engaging content, and analyzing how well our campaigns performed. Guiding designers to create attention-grabbing graphics was both challenging and rewarding.

My role didn’t stop here though, I always had a passion for web design and development, which led me to take on numerous projects. Designing and delivering websites allowed me to bring ideas to life and helped me grow creatively and technically. I gained practical experience in creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites, which gave me a broader perspective on digital projects and strengthened my technical skills.

Looking back, I can confidently say that my time at QTZS Digital was a great learning experience. I gained a deeper understanding of the digital marketing landscape and discovered new interests and strengths. I managed social media planning and content creation, where I focused on designing engaging posts and ensuring consistent branding across platforms. This involved researching trends, crafting posts to increase user engagement, and strategizing on effective content to resonate with the target audience.

I also worked on web design layouts, which allowed me to put my creativity into practice while balancing aesthetics with user experience. I collaborated with clients to understand their vision, creating layouts that were not only visually appealing but also functional and easy to navigate. This experience helped me fine-tune my design skills and understand the essentials of user-focused design.

In addition to layout design, I was involved in some web development projects. Although this was a smaller part of my role, it provided valuable technical insights and helped me learn how to implement designs effectively. I gained hands-on experience with front-end design, which allowed me to better understand how design and development work together to create cohesive websites.

Finally, I had the opportunity to work on SEO, where I focused on optimizing content to enhance search engine rankings. This included keyword research, on-page optimization, and understanding the algorithms that drive online visibility. My SEO experience helped me appreciate the importance of digital marketing in improving a website’s reach and effectiveness.

Overall, my time at Setup Experts equipped me with a strong foundation in digital marketing, design, and development, which I continue to build on in my current projects.
