Working directly with IBM Sales & Distribution to fulfill software orders from inception to order fulfillment, I was able to gain a broad range of experience in inside sales. I processed orders of large software packages for companies in varying industries, maintain open customer and sales rep communication to obtain information and order details, handle inbound requests and track current and future opportunities via email and an ordering database.
