• Played a key role in building 5-year financial model and operating budgets for an electrical equipment company, which supports management to make decisions with higher degree of accuracy and helped to train client to execute successfully.
• Analyzed loan portfolio of a construction firm with total annual revenue around VND 4000 billion and suggested an opportunity to reduce VND 300 billion interest payment annually.
• Developed new ownership structure to convert group of companies to a holding company, which reduced 15% annual income tax payment.

Business Restructuring Senior Associate - Deals

• Led different teams of 5 members to deliver high quality audit reports under VAS and IFRS for multiple
manufacturing, real estate and retail companies in Vietnam on time and under budget.
• Led a four-person team responsible for reviewing real estate projects of a financial due diligence project and identify “dealbreaker” amounted approximately to VND 700 billion which was nearly equal to firm’s total consolidated current year profit.

• Detected key fraud indicators for the riskiest areas of an internal audit engagement and successfully defended against management.
• Created detailed actionable plan ahead of engagements to prioritize tasks and cooperate with colleagues and clients to solve problems more effective than previous year, which aids to reduce 30% of time for typical tasks.
