In this role, I built a fully remote team from scratch, mentored them, and set them up for continued success after my eventual departure to form a consultancy. I owned every marketing function and reported directly to the CEO.

After driving considerable brand awareness and revenue growth for Agile CRM, it has been named the #1 CRM for small businesses by The Balance SMB (see attached media), for four years running.

I owned all content efforts at Agile CRM, managing a team of internal and external contributors. After creating the company's messaging, positioning, value prop, brand style guide and buyer personas, I led content strategy and authored original content for all stages of the buyer journey--eBooks, case studies, web copy, newsletters, white papers, and 150+ blog articles in 15 months. 

As a result, the blog was named 5th of the 100 top blogs about CRM by Feedspot, outranking all competitor blogs (except Salesforce). 

These efforts sparked a hypergrowth period for Agile CRM, which gained significant market share in the US and became a globally-recognized CRM leader.
