Technical Expertise: Proficiency with our APIs and understanding the full capabilities of the WhatsApp Business API providing a higher level of assistance, guide customers through more complex issues, and troubleshoot problems effectively through GCP log analysis (API Calls and callbacks).

Knowledge Sharing: As part of my role, I help customers understand our platform better. This includes providing guidelines, sharing best practices through constantly udpated documentation.
