•	Converting a 30 Year Old Legacy System to SFDC for 200 Corp Employees and 1,000+ field users at 175 Franchisee locations. Ensuring data transfer and integrity of over 3 Million+ customer records. 
•	Responsible for analyzing requirements, prioritizing and delivering SFDC results such as: Org and Profile security, sharing schemas, page layouts, Lightning record pages, reports, dashboards, validation rules, formulas, new objects and fields, relationships, email templates and alerts, flows/processes/workflow rules, knowledge, and buttons.
•	Facilitate the adoption of the Salesforce solutions with 5 Salesforce employees to produce best practice requirements with little technical debt. 
•	Coordinate weekly relationships with 10-14 key business stakeholders in 5 locations for the required Salesforce applications – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ and B2C Commerce Cloud.
•	Interact daily with Technical Lead overseeing an Agile team to develop process management, technical design timeline, deployment plans, after-action plans and oversee the release management schedule.
•	Coordinate the authoring and editing of new and existing business documents such as business development proposals, process management protocols, technical design documents, deployment plans, standard operating procedures and other documentation.
•	Work directly for the Director of Salesforce (SFDC Developer/Architect) as the Salesforce Administrator – Project Manager.
