Spearheaded the development and end-to-end execution of a partner strategy, including prospecting, onboarding, and activating new channels. Achievements include growing the partner base by 150% within the first 60 days, also achieving 75% of the revenue target in the same period, and expanding the channel sales pipeline to a healthy base, in addition, we have been experiencing a pipe growth that will ensure results for next periods.

Additionally, I managed the P&L for the territory and led commercial activities with key players in the technology sector throughout Colombia and LATAM, supporting companies in their regional expansion plans and providing consulting on industry best practices. I reported directly to the Regional Manager (based in Chile) and the CEO (based in Brazil).

Successfully built and led the local team in close collaboration with operations teams in Chile and Brazil.
