I aim use to my knowledge of commercial real estate financing to help you make the most informed decisions about your commercial real estate investments. I help you evaluate and compare the various lenders and borrowing options so you can finance your properties, with particular attention to multifamily and student housing properties nationwide.

That’s where the assumptions live. 

And assumptions, not marketing decks, determine whether a project can actually perform.

For passive investors and capital raisers, there’s one question worth asking before anything else gets discussed:

Did someone actually underwrite the deal?
❌ Not plug in “market rent” from a CoStar report.
❌ Not hope interest rates hold.
❌ Not cut and paste the exit cap from last year’s memo.

When will we reach 90% stabilization? 

- Hit 3 net positive per month = February 2027

No waiting. No surprises.

Institutions are noticing the trend too. 

JPMorgan Chase recently committed $50 billion toward direct lending, while firms like Apollo have significantly increased their focus on private credit. 

Clearly, investors prefer predictable returns now over uncertain future payouts, as noted by the Financial Times.
