Responsible for all department staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Built and managed all budgets, program goals, objectives, policies, and performance evaluations. Managed all program evaluations, quality audits, and required reports to ensure necessary compliance. Performed additional part-time work as a Clinical Supervisor and Outpatient Therapist. 

🔹Introduced and monetized a thrift store and snack cart which generated program revenue but also helped clients learn useful work skills and eliminated their out-of-pocket activity fees.
🔹Developed business and marketing strategies to maintain program census which resulted in consistently over serving the funded population of 25.
🔹Received the Psychiatric Practitioner of the Year Awared from the Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Association in 2014.
🔹The Supportive Employment Program consistently met industry minimum guidelines with an over 50% placement rate.
🔹Consistently passed all chart and documentation audits with no provisions and minimized billing errors due to daily review of units of services and standard quality reviews.
