Thriverse is a Thriving Universe of organizational transformations, unique methodologies, great coaches and personalized technologies. 
We help ambitious teams and organizations discover and leverage their strengths and adopt habits that lead to success. The final destination of our journeys is a feeling of thriving at work and in life as general.
My role in this is designing and delivering programs that make these promises a reality.

It all started back in 2010 with an idea by the Ypsilon Institute to connect the young and elder generation through computer workshops. Through the years this initiative grew in size and impact and therefore started its own social-enterprise roots in 2014, expanding also into other areas beside computer education. 
In the fall 2014 we have connected Slovenia in movement through a week of inter-generation sports workouts and we are continuing with this project in 2015. We also run an inter-generation center in Ljubljana, where the young and elderly can enjoy different activities together.

Our platform and methodology transform the way coaches create thriving workplaces. They drive the adoption of strengths and growth mindset into everyday routines of organizations ranging from small teams to corporations. 

e2grow is focused on:
- improving how coaches work with coachees and achieve their growth faster than just with individual physical face to face session,
- how strengths champions in organizations streamline the work of internal coaches,
- significantly reducing (-80%) the workload associated with distribution of CliftonStrengths reports, preparation of individual coaching and group sessions materials, 
- improving adoption of the new strengths culture through pervasive transparency of strengths profiles across the organization,
- improving data privacy as we handle data according to the GDPR and ISO27001:2013 principles.

At 100kvadratov we're on a mission to enable real estate agents to help us find our perfect home faster and easier. Through close collaboration with the best Slovenian real estate agencies we are developing a cloud application that enables them real time access to all their data anywhere, automates many of the less important daily tasks and focuses them on the client.

Xooltime Inc.

Xooltime is on a mission to make education efficient, fun and accessible to all. We're passionate about solving some of the most critical problems in education today, like the achievement gap and weak family engagement.
I was responsible for talking to teachers, parents and school workers, listening to them and learning what we can do to help them educate and inspire their students and then transfering these insights to the development team to make it a reality. 
During this time we became experts in using lean and agile principles to ensure our flexibility to changing circumstances and quick time to market for our products.

I was responsible for the sales of a table-top ordering system for restaurants and bars, called Geoffrey in the local market and finding new partners abroad (Dubai, Germany, France, Austria). I have gotten to know how to sell complex technological solutions, as well as get a deep insight into the hospitality and POS system industries.

Guide students through their task of writting a business plan and teaching them about essentials of entrepreneurship, business models and business planing. 
I have learned a lot about public speaking, engaging the audience and about how to structure the content so that it is easily understandable and still interesting for students.

My responsibilities were:
- strategic planing together with the owner
- B2B sales in the field of industrial mechanical components
- public tenders applications 
- implementing lean and agile thinking

Main achievements:
Improved investment decision-making, employee motivation and optimized working process, through the use of lean and agile principles in everyday processes.

Leading and motivating a team of 27 young people.
Financial management of the project, negotiations with sponsors, cost management.
Logistics of computer workshops at over 230 locations at the same time.
Communication with the advertising agency, which managed PR and promotion of the project.
We have had over 8000 people actively participate in the week long computer workshops between 17th and 21st October 2011.

I'm the Founder & Chief Energy Officer of PTHR. In 2022 I was ranked Number 1 Most Influential HR Thinker by HR Magazine. In 2023 I was inducted into the HR Most Influential Hall of Fame. In 2024, I was given the Lifetime Achievement Award from WorldBlu for service to self-managed and democratic, freedom-centred work.

My short form bio is 30+; 20+: 10+. 
30+ years experience in Change and Transformation through technology, 20+ years as an HR Professional and 10+ years since founding PTHR.

My personal mission is to see more people flourish through their work and help shift organisations into a force for societal good (not just profit machines). 

PTHR's mission is defined as "Better Business for a Better World". 

In October 2017, my first book, Transformational HR, was published by Kogan Page and The Energized Workplace was published in August 2020. The 2nd Edition of Transformational HR was published in July 2021.

In 2021 our first research report "The State of HR" was published with HR Zone, and refreshed in 2023. PTHR, the OD Academy and HR Zone also published "The State of OD".

I am a 5x nominated HR Most Influential Thinker 2017-2022 (4x Top 10). I was also named the most influential HR and Transformation Professional by Corporate Vision Magazine.

I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD, advised them on HR’s use of Digital & Social Media, and was a Guide for the 2013 CIPD HR Hackathon (with Professor Gary Hamel’s Management Innovation Exchange).
  
My client work now includes Organisation Design & Development, project and work effectiveness & efficiencies, self-managed and Agile systems, behavioural change, business transformation and creating innovative ways of working, delivered through close collaboration with HR and OD teams, Change Agents and Innovation teams.

I am a Global and 2x TEDx Speaker, Adviser and Conference Chair on the Future of Work and HR, a Certified Semco Style Institute Expert on Self-Managed Systems and a Qualified GCOlogist with the Game Changer Index.
