Thriverse is a Thriving Universe of organizational transformations, unique methodologies, great coaches and personalized technologies. 
We help ambitious teams and organizations discover and leverage their strengths and adopt habits that lead to success. The final destination of our journeys is a feeling of thriving at work and in life as general.
My role in this is designing and delivering programs that make these promises a reality.

It all started back in 2010 with an idea by the Ypsilon Institute to connect the young and elder generation through computer workshops. Through the years this initiative grew in size and impact and therefore started its own social-enterprise roots in 2014, expanding also into other areas beside computer education. 
In the fall 2014 we have connected Slovenia in movement through a week of inter-generation sports workouts and we are continuing with this project in 2015. We also run an inter-generation center in Ljubljana, where the young and elderly can enjoy different activities together.

- how strengths champions in organizations streamline the work of internal coaches,
- significantly reducing (-80%) the workload associated with distribution of CliftonStrengths reports, preparation of individual coaching and group sessions materials, 
- improving adoption of the new strengths culture through pervasive transparency of strengths profiles across the organization,
- improving data privacy as we handle data according to the GDPR and ISO27001:2013 principles.

At 100kvadratov we're on a mission to enable real estate agents to help us find our perfect home faster and easier. Through close collaboration with the best Slovenian real estate agencies we are developing a cloud application that enables them real time access to all their data anywhere, automates many of the less important daily tasks and focuses them on the client.

Xooltime is on a mission to make education efficient, fun and accessible to all. We're passionate about solving some of the most critical problems in education today, like the achievement gap and weak family engagement.
I was responsible for talking to teachers, parents and school workers, listening to them and learning what we can do to help them educate and inspire their students and then transfering these insights to the development team to make it a reality. 
During this time we became experts in using lean and agile principles to ensure our flexibility to changing circumstances and quick time to market for our products.

International Olympic Committee – IOC

During the time I worked for the International Olympic Committee, I successfully managed and delivered multiple complex international projects and programs, for the occasion of the Olympic Games Tokyo and Olympic Games Beijing. Projects such as the Olympian Artists Tokyo and Olympian Artists Beijing received global recognition, achieved high visibility, and created a lasting legacy for the IOC. 

In more detail: 

I managed the Olympian Artists program and successfully delivered Olympic Games Tokyo Edition and Olympic Games Beijing Edition, collaborating with 13 international artists and creating the legacy of over 50 new original artworks;  

I managed the development and implementation of Olympic Agora Tokyo and Olympic Agora Beijing websites, leading teams of 50+ in three country locations; 

I managed the update, development and implementation of the Olympic Agora Brand Identity design, collaborating with several international suppliers and partners, with focus on marketing and association rights;

I contributed to the development of communications strategies and collaborated with the PR & Comms Department, helping maximize the visibility and impact of the arts & culture programs across a wide range of communications channels;

I managed contracts, negotiated IP rights and worked closely with the Legal Department on the implementation and monitoring of the GDPR and ePrivacy requirements; 

I worked with the Brand, Digital, Marketing, Procurement, Ethics & Compliance, IT, Sports, Games and other IOC departments.
