But most never build something people actually want to buy.

This framework (shoutout to Justin Mecham for the visual) is simple, yet it cuts through the noise:

You don't need a massive course.
You don't need a perfect website.
You don't need 10,000 followers.

What you need is:

One clear problem.
One simple tool.
One defined next step.

Sounds easy? It is. And it changes everything.

Because this isn't just about making money.

It's about sharpening your leadership.

When you build around your purpose, you're forced to:

- Define the real problem you solve
- Articulate the transformation clearly
- Structure your thinking into a system
- Price your value with confidence
- Take responsibility for results

1. Purpose begins with identity
If you don't know who you are, you'll chase everything that sounds good.

2. Your identity is rooted in Christ
The world doesn't define you, your Creator does.

3. Purpose is predestined, not manufactured
Education can empower you, but it doesn't define you.

4. Ask the 5 destiny questions:
• Who am I?
• Where did I come from?
• Why am I here?
• What has God entrusted to me?
• Where am I going?

5. Purpose is revealed through alignment
Clarity comes when obedience increases.

Purpose is a journey of progressive revelation.

One step of obedience makes the next step clearer.

Now, ask yourself:
Who are you in Christ?

Because once that's clear, everything else begins to fall into place.

1. What do I value most? (Values)

2. What am I naturally designed to do? (Gifts)

3. What problem moves my heart? (Burden)
  - The issue they cannot ignore. 
  - The need they feel compelled to address.

I call this the Identity Triangle.

When a leader has clarity on all three

Answer these three questions:

1. Who do you help?

A specific person.

Examples:

2. What problem will they pay to solve?
Not a vague desire.
An urgent, costly problem.

People pay to eliminate stress, confusion, lost income or lost status.

3. What outcome can you deliver?
Clear. Measurable. Time-bound.

"I help you close three clients in 90 days."
"I help you build a program that converts."

When these align, your niche becomes sellable.

Test before you commit:

✔ Evidence, Can you prove you can do this?
✔ Energy, Can you talk about this all year without burning out?

If you hate the problem, you won't last.
If you chase money only, you won't sustain.

Forget perfection.
You don't need a perfect niche.
You need a starting point.

You can refine.
You can pivot.
But you cannot scale confusion.

Now, tell me,
Who are you currently trying to serve?

Most coaches don’t hit $10,000 per month for one simple reason.

They don’t understand their numbers.

They focus on motivation.
They focus on branding.
They focus on content.

But revenue is math.

Let’s break it down.

If your coaching program is $3,000, you only need 4 clients in a month to generate $12,000.

Now the real question is not “Can I make 10K?”

The real question is:

How many conversations do I need to close 4 clients?

Let’s assume your conversion rate is 10 percent.

That means if you speak to 40 qualified prospects in a month, 4 will likely convert.

40 conversations per month equals about 6 to 7 per week.

That’s roughly one conversation per day.

Is that unrealistic? No.

It’s structured.

Even if your program is $1,000:

Close 10 out of 40 conversations and you’re at $10,000 per month.

Revenue does not increase because you “want it more.”

It increases because you:

• Track your conversations
• Know your conversion rate
• Understand your pricing
• Build a repeatable process
