In B2B, it usually comes down to one thing: the stage of your company's maturity

Not every website needs 10+ pages

And not every company should be thinking about content engines or ABM just yet

i've worked with companies at every stage, and the pattern is pretty clear

Different stage → different website needs:

1️⃣ Stage 1 → Getting started
Goal: Validate the idea and capture early leads
A single landing page can do the job if it's clear:

→ Who it's for
→ Why it matters
→ A form to capture leads
→ One obvious CTA (waitlist, demo, signup)

2️⃣ Stage 2 → Building momentum
Goal: Create clarity and trust
You move to a small, structured site:
→ Features or solutions
→ Pricing
→ About
→ Possibly a blog or demo page
Structure and clarity matter more than visual polish at this point

3️⃣ Stage 3 → Scaling growth
Goal: Turn attention into pipeline
The site starts working harder:
→ SEO-driven content
→ Use case pages
→ Resource hubs (guides, tools)
→ Campaign and ABM-style pages
→ Repeatable landing page system for marketing

4️⃣ Stage 4 → Enterprise

Overbuilding too early usually creates more friction than value

Is Framer worth using for big websites?

- Manage a team of 3 User Experience Designers, setting OKRs, mentoring, and allocating project tasks.
- Use Figma as the primary UI design and prototyping tool for design projects.
- Conducted a field study in the United States to gain insight into how users interact with Snap-on's most important application in real-world scenarios.
- Conduct end-to-end user interviews and usability testing studies to enhance the user experience of Snap-on applications.
- Analyze user behavior on web applications using Hotjar's tools, including heatmaps, user recording, and feedback widgets, to identify areas for improvement.

Lead User Experience Designer

METRO.digital

- Designed (UI, UX, and Research) the Frame Tours and Zone Planning features for the Transport Management Software (Desktop Web), impacting METRO’s fleet of over 8,300 trucks that deliver 30,000 tons of goods per day.
- Facilitated field studies and user interviews with METRO clients and administered a survey to support the implementation of a new Push Notifications system for deliveries used by 25 METRO distribution centers in Romania, improving the delivery experience for approximately 800,000 customers
- Facilitated a discovery workshop with the product team to identify the customer journey of a driver that uses the Driver mobile application (more than 8,000 users) to deliver goods to customers

Senior User Experience Designer

Cognizant Softvision

Client: ACT (American College Testing)

- Designed two applications from scratch (web responsive & mobile React Native)
- Applications were used by over 60,000 users and more than 5,000 Test Centers, impacting more than 1,700,000 high school graduates
- Designed 15+ features from scratch (UI, UX, and Research)
- Facilitated over 100 user interviews and usability sessions, and conducted three field studies in the US
- Worked in a multidisciplinary team that included a wide variety of roles: Business Analysts, Product Managers, Product Owners, Backend Developers, Front End Developers, QA Engineers, SMEs, Delivery Director, and Tech Leads
- Implemented a plan to transition smoothly from Sketch to Figma to improve our workflow as a product team

- Mentored and guided five UX designers within the community to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitated over 50 hiring interviews

Vola.ro

- Increased the conversion rate (500,000 customers and 2 million flight searches per month) by redesigning multiple core features (e.g., Calendar, Checkout Page). We ran multiple A/B tests to measure the success of the redesigns
- Increased the open and clickthrough rates by redesigning the daily newsletter (100,000+ subscribers) to be mobile-friendly and also provided HTML/CSS implementation.
- Designed the "Vola 10 ani" marketing campaign, attracting over 30,000 customers in 1.5 months.
- Collaborated closely with Product Owners, UX design peers, Tech Leads, Backend and Front-end developers, QA engineers, and Marketing teams in an agile environment
