I've always been a creative person with a curious imagination, and I'm never short of ideas. 

✏️ I'm a freelance writer and work part-time as a Psychometrist at the Mayo Clinic (I test people’s thinking).

With my background in psychology and mental health, as well as my parenting experiences, I use words to make others feel seen.

Advocating for and participating in building a truly inclusive future is my goal and purpose, a world where all differences are accepted, validated, appreciated, included and learned from. 

Being late diagnosed as AuDHD in my 30s gave me the biggest sense of validation in myself, looking back on my life up to this point I greet myself with compassion and understanding. 
That feeling of compassion for myself has taken a weight off my shoulders that I would like to help lift from other's AND stop that weight ever resting on our future generations. 

MY approach to that is sharing my raw, personal stories of how I see and experience the world through the NEURODIVERSITY WITHOUT ALL THE TERMINOLOGY series that I am the author AND illustrator of;
