- I focused on helping eCommerce merchants seamlessly integrate with their e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy, Wish) and 3rd party connector apps/listing tools (e.g. Inventory/order management)

- Led the entire channel integrations team, responsible for ingesting 12M orders (annually) across major e-commerce platforms, 3rd party marketplaces and partner apps, enabling 4.5K annual merchants and $130M revenue annually.

- Released new Fulfillment API for mid-market and enterprise merchants, to allow custom integrations - unlocked 1.5M annual orders and $16M revenue. Achieved 100K orders and $1M within 1st quarter (15 merchants)

- Released virtual bundling - unlocked 800K annual orders and $8.6M revenue by helping 450 merchants create 8K bundles

- Did partner communications, launch strategy, data analysis, user interviews and interviewed other PMs

Habitly

- Habitly was a video platform for fitness businesses and instructors. We
empowered them to easily deliver the most engaging, live and interactive
classes to their members. A live and on-demand video platform, built
specifically for virtual group fitness classes. We had to wind it down due to market competition

- Led the video platform's product vision, UX design and feature prioritization. B2B SaaS web and mobile app for high quality video, music, interactions and class management

- Achieved $80K in revenue, 18K bookings with 20 independent instructors and 10 fitness studios actively using the product for teaching and monetizing live group fitness classes

Monogram (previously called Palette) provides hardware and software that helps creative professionals such as photographers, and videographers edit faster and more intuitively. It has been shipping to more than 46 countries since 2015. The company also received venture capital and several startup grants. The company is still running and selling globally (B2C hardware and software)

- Led the software roadmap and feature prioritization for the cross platform app, plugins and the retail website.

- Created feedback loop with analytics, in-app surveys (e.g. NPS), beta program and user interviews.

- Partnered with Adobe and Sony teams to extend their SDKs and to integrate with their creative apps. Got featured by Adobe and provided cross company discounts

- Recruited and led a team of 5, including software developers, QA and customer support.
