I created IGST (Intention, Goals, Strategy, Tactics) as my personal operating system to drive consistent, repeatable success in enterprise sales.

It’s how I’ve repeatedly outperformed quota, led high-stakes deals, and helped organizations scale with precision.

My sales philosophy is rooted in Change-Based Selling, the belief that every deal is a change story. I help companies identify critical inflection points, align executive stakeholders, and turn strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes.

Before sales, I served as a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Army, where I learned discipline, execution under pressure, and leadership in complex environments. Those lessons are the foundation of how I operate today.

When I’m not head down driving change with clients, you’ll find me in the mountains or in my workshop building banjos.

Working in Arizona’s ICE prisons as a detention defense paralegal showed me that, every. single. detail. in high-stakes legal work, matters. But, in the end, what I learned mattered the most above all else is: client trust. 

I carried this knowledge into my role as employee #60 at Deel and as the first of 5 to make up the Sales Development team for North America where I became a top performing Sales Executive. 

Now that I’ve made a deliberate return to academia as a policy focused researcher, I’m motivated to contribute to evidence-based policy work that informs labor markets, migration, green energy, and inclusive growth in governance decisions. I’m currently considering roles in policy, partnerships, and strategy.
