It’s how I’ve repeatedly outperformed quota, led high-stakes deals, and helped organizations scale with precision.

My sales philosophy is rooted in Change-Based Selling, the belief that every deal is a change story. I help companies identify critical inflection points, align executive stakeholders, and turn strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes.

Before sales, I served as a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Army, where I learned discipline, execution under pressure, and leadership in complex environments. Those lessons are the foundation of how I operate today.

When I’m not head down driving change with clients, you’ll find me in the mountains or in my workshop building banjos.

I see deal rooms getting a lot of hate. 

"Too complex"
"No one wants to use it"
"Glorified marketing landing page" 

If that's how you use it, sure. 

But some of us sell into evaluations that are really complex/technical.  In my world (global payroll + HR), an evaluation can include:

- 10+ PDFs (country guides, benefits plans, example cost quotes, onboarding documentation, etc)
- Many call recording links
- Commercial, legal, and data agreements

A deal room beats a 40-email thread every time (my prospects have told me so). 

But, what the haters miss is it's more than just a file dump, it's a home base for collaborating on the deliverables best-in-class evaluations need: 

- problem statement
- from:to analysis
- business case
- change management plan

It’s their work. I’m just helping them organize it.

If you’re not helping buyers do this work, get ready to lose even more.

Not for every deal. Not for every seller. 

but when you need to really lean in with the "evaluation team" - no better way to do it.  And check out those numbers of visitors!
