An amazing opportunity at Fly High Media. Got the chance to see the processes involved in running a marketing agency. I was heavily involved in content creation, video editing and client proposals. Working so closely with Matt and Denis gave me more responsibility and helped me  to learn first-hand experience.

This was a 4-week Instagram campaign for the George and Dragon pub based in Chester. The aim of this campaign was to promote the pub's new cocktail bar, to University of Chester students, prior to its launch. Please refer to the bar chart to see an overview of its performance.

The bar chart illustrates the social media performance prior to the campaign and after the campaign, compared to the objectives set, based on three key metrics. Increasing followers was not an objective, however, the significant difference was worth mentioning.

Worked on a unit that consists of a multi skilled and adaptable team of officers available to support the organization on boroughs with a wide range of complex issues, for example:

• High risk rapid entries.
• Taser deployments, preplanned and spontaneous.
• Plain clothes/uniform tactics.
• Providing tactical solutions and advice to borough and business group problems.

Assisted with the design, implementation and delivery of the British Skin Foundation’s (BSF) fundraising, grant giving and communications strategies.

Guided the BSF’s fundraising and communications teams partnering with external agencies ensuring that projects and activities are compliant with charity law, delivered on time and within budget.  Monitored corporate contracts ensuring the BSF’s interests are represented as well as protected.

Managed the organisations dermatological research award giving programme delivering an efficient process whilst driving to reduce overall costs.

Develop and maintain strong relations with previous BSF grant recipients and the dermatological community taking responsibility for the monitoring and tracking of BSF awarded funds.

Help manage and maintain the BSF’s relationships with other dermatology groups and patient support groups ensuring the BSFs interests are represented.

Represented the BSF at international meetings and dermatological conferences ensuring audiences are kept informed and updated on BSF activity and that the organisations mission and messages remained consistent and clear.

Dermatology Research Coordinator

My approach is founded on integrity, emphasising evidence-based outcomes and a passion for innovation. I aim to create meaningful change and foster trust through transparent skin health accreditation, ethical leadership, and impactful philanthropy.

As the Executive Director of the Skin Health Alliance, I lead the strategic direction and operational execution of our initiatives. Collaborating closely with scientific experts, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders, I work to ensure that the products we accredit meet the highest standards of skin safety and scientific efficacy.

I am passionate about elevating industry standards and empowering the public with reliable and trustworthy information that is backed by science. By working with our suppliers and Alliance partners, we enable consumers to make well-informed and confident choices about the products they use.

By aligning the Alliance’s goals with broader public skin health concerns, our team is dedicated to upholding our position as a trusted authority while continually advancing the possibilities in skin health advocacy.

Outside of work, I am committed to personal growth and well-being. I enjoy spending time with my young family and pursuing interests in lifelong learning, physical fitness, Transcendental Meditation (TM), and clay pigeon shooting.
