I have personally implemented, optimized, and managed monthly spends in the range of $1-5 million and cumulatively I have managed and overseen more than $600 million on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn for brands like AT&T, Toyota, Microsoft, Kraft, LG, Spotify, Hyatt, and many more. Where you can find brands actively hiring UGC creators is by starting with where the money moves:

→ LinkedIn: Search “UGC agency,” “DTC brand,” or “social media manager”

→ TikTok & IG: Look for brands running Spark Ads or reposting creator content

→ Google: Search “DTC [product category] brands”

→ Job Boards: Check Upwork, Indeed, DTC newsletters

→ Your own home: Check the labels of brands you already use and look them up online.

Brands that run paid ads often are usually hiring creators internally or through a third party (agencies and platforms). FIND THEM.
