HeyReach just got banned by LinkedIn ❌ 
We've run 200+ campaigns with them. Here's my opinion 👇

Of all the LinkedIn tools out there, HeyReach was one of the most careful.

They respected rate limits.
They built for safety.
They did everything right
... and they still got banned.

Which means no one is safe.
Because this isn't about compliance.
 
LinkedIn is playing a different game entirely.
Every tool that monetizes their data better than they do is a target.

Automation tools first.
Then enrichment.
Then analytics.
 
LinkedIn is closing the loop, slowly, then all at once.
Worth noting, existing campaigns are still running, users are not affected.
 
The right question to ask isn't "which tool do I switch to?"
It's:

A lot of people asked me how I actually use Claude Code for GTM.

So here’s the short answer.

This week, I mentioned in naufal’s APAC GTM chat
that I’d been using Claude Code for outbound.

My DMs filled up pretty quickly.

Mostly the same question.

“How are you actually using it?”

Fair question.

So I recorded a quick walkthrough.

It shows how I use:

→ Claude Code
→ Instantly MCP
→ Notion MCP

To write better copy and launch campaigns way faster.

Before this:

→ Writing copy was consuming
→ Campaign setup was v manual
→ Spintaxing was a bigger headache

Now most of that is so much easier and done at a better quality due to Anthropic’s beast of a product. 

Result:

→ Better ability to segment ICP by pain points
→ 10x speed in creating campaigns
→ Better copy due to Claude skills

Everyone is talking about Claude code.

I like Claude Code. And beer. 

That's all.

I made my first ever cold calls last week.

It saved me weeks of building 💩.

Last week I had a SaaS idea.

But after starting and failing 2 businesses in the past few years,

I finally realised that I needed to know one thing.

Would my ICP actually care?

So instead of opening Cursor…

I started calling people.

For the first time ever.

To do this, I needed real phone numbers.

So I used FullEnrich, my go-to. 

Within minutes I had numbers for my ICP.

Then the calls started.

→ Some ignored me 
→ Some told me to get knotted 
→ Some did not see the vision (didn't like the idea)

But some,

Some gave me gems.

And the feedback was gold.

Real pain points.

Real objections.

That one afternoon helped a lot.

Instead of guessing what to build…

I had direction.

Then I got to work.

→ 5 hours refining the idea 

→ 15 hours building

Now we have something almost production ready.

Final tweaks this week.

Then I’ll be sharing more.

Lesson:

Talk to your ICP before you build.

Even if it means hearing “not interested”.

And if you need phone numbers to do it…

Another week, another new MCP server making my life easier.

Just spent some time (approximately 3 minutes) hooking up the Trigify MCP into my Claude code.

It is getting scarily easy to do these things

I submitted 1 screenshot of Trigify.io's guide and sent another couple of prompts and I was in. 

Building social listening searches through natural language and a few extra Qs. 

With the pricing changes announced with Clay this week,

I am finding myself leaning more and more towards Claude code.

While these changes are a good thing for some,

I fear the smaller agency may be about to feel the pinch!

On a brighter note. Trigify in Claude code is cool. Give it a go!

The world is my oyster.

And that’s the problem…

I’m 23, AI literate, and entrepreneurially inclined 🤓.

I built a Cafe in Hanoi at 19,

I launched a towel brand at 21,

I started consulting aged 22,

I help run a marketing agency aged 23,

For all of my adult life, a steady flow of ideas have constantly flowed through my head.

Some good.

Most dog 💩.

The difference now?

I can actually build them.

Fast.

A landing page in a night.

An MVP over a weekend.

A rough but working product before most people finish “planning”.

Building is no longer the bottleneck.

Distribution is.

Attention is.

Sustained focus is.

And yet I still catch myself drifting into “what could be”.

What if that idea is bigger?

What if I’m committing to the wrong thing?

What if the real opportunity is just one pivot away?

In the AI era & especially thanks to Claude Code,

I fear that I am suffering from a severe case of shiny object syndrome.

So I’m curious.

For the seasoned entrepreneurs here:

How do you control the impulse to chase the next idea?

How do you decide what not to build?

Would genuinely value your perspective.

When I first started using SMTP inboxes, 

I very nearly ruined my deliverability on day one.

Not because of my copy.

Not because of my lead list.

Because of my warmup settings.

I was treating my SMTP inboxes exactly like my Google Workspace ones.

Same reply rate. 

Same daily limit. 

Same increment logic.

Turns out they're completely different animals.

Here's what I should have been doing:

Google Workspace:

→ 25 warmup emails/day 
→ 30% reply rate 
→ Increment by 2–3 per day 
→ 10–15 campaign emails/day after warmup

Maildoso SMTP:

→ 80 warmup emails/day 
→ 45% reply rate 
→ Increment disabled 
→ 15 campaign emails/day after warmup

Google is sensitive. Slow ramp, conservative volume.

SMTP has more wiggle room. You can push harder from day one.

Once I set them up correctly, I could sleep peacefully and not be confused as to why I was getting errors left, right and centre.

If you're spinning up new mailboxes right now,

Check your warmup config before anything else.

I built a Claude skill to write my LinkedIn posts.

Here's how you can do it right now.

Step 1 - get your data.

I scraped all of my posts (for free) using Apify.

Took 1 minute with an unpaid account.

No posts to scrape?

Write a few examples or jot down the rules you'd normally follow when writing.

Step 2 - audit your voice.

I fed everything into Claude Code & asked it to analyse my style.

Hooks I use.

Tone.

Structure.

Formatting.

What I avoid.

It pulled out patterns I didn't even realise I had.

Step 3 - build the system.

Two files:

→ A CLAUDE.md with your voice rules (this is the brain)

→ A skill file that runs an interview every time you want to write (this is the workflow)

Now when I type /linkedin-post, it asks me 5 questions.

Goal. 
Media. 
Message. 
Emotion. 
Audience.

Then gives me 5 hooks & a full draft.

In my voice.

Every time.

The difference vs a custom GPT?

It lives in my project.

It will improve as I refine use it more and more. 

And it actually understands how I write.

Not how LinkedIn posts generically sound.

If a prospect replies to your cold email and then goes quiet.

Don't write them off.

Silence after a reply is common.

Life gets in the way.
