I wrote a report and met with the professor to give them the results and suggest actions they could take to address the suggested improvements.  

When surveys were conducted on campus, I assisted my supervisor with creating appropriate questions, created the charts illustrating the responses, and worked with my supervisor to write the narrative to explain the results to the people who asked for the surveys.

Burnout doesn’t just make you tired—it makes you question everything.

You might be doing well on paper: achieving, producing, showing up for your responsibilities. But inside, you're running on fumes. You're waking up already depleted, feeling like there's no room to breathe. You're still doing your job—but it feels like you're on autopilot. You’re smiling through meetings, but inside, you feel invisible, overwhelmed, or numb.

Burnout is common among high-achieving professionals who’ve been pushing themselves for years without enough rest, support, or recognition. It builds up slowly, until one day, you realize that rest no longer restores you. Joy is harder to access. And even small tasks feel heavy.
