I’m 44. Married. I run a business. I also lead inside a corporate organization.
I’m a father. An immigrant. And someone who landed in the U.S. with more uncertainty than answers.

When I first arrived here:
My English was “good on paper.”
My résumé was impressive back home.
And my confidence was… somewhere in between.

On paper, I looked ready.
In reality, I was starting over.

It was never yours.

That’s the asset that follows you:
