I was responsible for leading GTM and Operational Expansion into the US market and for securing San Francisco office space and GA staff while recruiting top sales, technical, and executive talent in preparation for an M&A event.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
★ Played an integral part on the senior leadership team, thereby heading multiple facets of business operations that supported the execution of Nexusguard’s global growth initiatives. 

★ Created a new service provider product for the DDoS mitigation space while acting as a product/solution evangelist for investors as well as media and analyst relations.

★ Opened new partnerships with regional internet service providers in the Latin America and EMEA Regions, while designing, planning, and managing Go-To-Market strategies and heading the Global Channel and Alliance program.

I was accountable for reporting to the CEO and COO, developing and executing key strategic initiatives while expanding and managing the sales and marketing team to amplify the DDoS mitigation business globally.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
★ Led the GTM organization from a team of three to 40 across eight countries, and established short- and long-range sales goals, thereby monitoring achievement and taking action as needed to ensure sales targets were met.

★ Collaborated to develop and lead the company’s prospect and demand generation strategy, ensuring the maximization of revenue streams, margins, and profit.

★ Devised and streamlined a comprehensive commercial model for related departments to optimize the customer lifecycle, and advanced territory plans and quota assignment for all geographic areas.

*  Designed sales & business processes on top of Salesforce.com, including an automated proposal system to allow large complex customizable scope of work proposals.

NUEZRA is a privately-held, self-funded company that provides IT support and consulting for businesses - ranging from small start-ups to large enterprises - while catering to the unique needs of customers via end-to-end solution services.  I was in charge of reporting to the CEO and leading business operations to grow from an SMB MSP to a Data Center VAR while building the brand and establishing key OEM/distributor partnerships to enhance the product portfolio.

★ Worked with key customers on effective IT solutions within the Web 2.0 and F1000 space, and headed a marketing and new business development team to launch an IT service product focused on recurring revenue.
