In this role I manage and oversee all strategic initiatives between PacketFabric & Cisco Systems. I am responsible for driving programs and projects from R&D to joint product integrations, collaborating with Cisco counterparts to conceptualize, create services and collaborate on a GTM strategy. Responsible for managing team integrations to broader organization.

General Manager (Post Merger to Rahi)

Accountable for transforming Serro from a boutique System Integrator to a network consulting firm focused on proprietary and open source network SDN/ NFV infrastructure and design. Led overall business operations, including P&L management, annual budgets, legal accountability & customer engagement.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
★ Restructured engineering and global NOC operations to minimize Op-ex and improve ongoing customer support while enabling ticket system migration into SFDC Service desk.

★ Implemented new processes and revitalized internal departments to maximize operational efficiency Notable projects: Chevron, Boeing, LAX, Netflix, PayPal, FireEye, Juniper, Snapfish, Calix, and Wish.com.

I was in charge of reporting to the CEO, developing and executing key strategic initiatives, and formulating/growing the go-to-market functions of Serro, including partner relations, business development, marketing, sales operations and vendor management.

NEXUSGUARD is a leading cloud-based Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) security solutions provider fighting malicious internet attacks by specializing in developing and providing the best cybersecurity solutions for diverse clients. I was responsible for leading GTM and Operational Expansion into the US market and for securing San Francisco office space and GA staff while recruiting top sales, technical, and executive talent in preparation for an M&A event.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
★ Played an integral part on the senior leadership team, thereby heading multiple facets of business operations that supported the execution of Nexusguard’s global growth initiatives. 

★ Created a new service provider product for the DDoS mitigation space while acting as a product/solution evangelist for investors as well as media and analyst relations.

★ Opened new partnerships with regional internet service providers in the Latin America and EMEA Regions, while designing, planning, and managing Go-To-Market strategies and heading the Global Channel and Alliance program.

Executive Vice President, Global Strategy

I was accountable for reporting to the CEO and COO, developing and executing key strategic initiatives while expanding and managing the sales and marketing team to amplify the DDoS mitigation business globally.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
★ Led the GTM organization from a team of three to 40 across eight countries, and established short- and long-range sales goals, thereby monitoring achievement and taking action as needed to ensure sales targets were met.

★ Collaborated to develop and lead the company’s prospect and demand generation strategy, ensuring the maximization of revenue streams, margins, and profit.

★ Devised and streamlined a comprehensive commercial model for related departments to optimize the customer lifecycle, and advanced territory plans and quota assignment for all geographic areas.

VP of Global Sales & Marketing

Responsible for establishing the starting sales and marketing organization.   

*  Designed sales & business processes on top of Salesforce.com, including an automated proposal system to allow large complex customizable scope of work proposals. 
*  Established key OEM partnerships and started a formal revenue pipeline of opportunities 
*  Created starting marketing messaging architecture and created all general content.

NUEZRA is a privately-held, self-funded company that provides IT support and consulting for businesses - ranging from small start-ups to large enterprises - while catering to the unique needs of customers via end-to-end solution services.  I was in charge of reporting to the CEO and leading business operations to grow from an SMB MSP to a Data Center VAR while building the brand and establishing key OEM/distributor partnerships to enhance the product portfolio.  

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
★ Worked with key customers on effective IT solutions within the Web 2.0 and F1000 space, and headed a marketing and new business development team to launch an IT service product focused on recurring revenue.

★ Administered and managed channel strategies alongside valued OEM partners - including Cisco, Juniper, Dell, and Force 10 - and implemented processes/sales operations infrastructure that boosted productivity and efficiency.  

★ Designed and oversaw Salesforce.com CRM with additional tools in marketing automation (Genius.com, Marketo), document automation (Conga), and data management (Informatica).
