In television and entertainment, we fully accept that actors step into roles that aren’t truly theirs. With costumes, makeup, and props, they become the character we’re eager to cast.

But while those costumes come off at the end of the day in entertainment, in business we often forget to take them off — and slowly begin believing the character is who we really are.

REAL AUTHENTICITY ISN'T A PERSONALITY TRAIT THAT YOU WEAR OR SPRAY ON.

An ordinary person, who has learnt how to show other people how extraordinary they can be. 
My main talent, is the ability to release other people's talents. The swordless samurai. 

The first objective is to show organisations how to uplift their business performance to World Class levels and lift the spirits of the people that work in them.

The  second objective is to bring fun/enjoyment and job satisfaction back into the workplace.

I started my career on the shop floor 67 years ago and have worked through manufacturing, industrial engineering, sales and marketing in both operational and management positions. This enables me to bring an all round view to  the World Class journey.

The ultimate goal is to create organisations that can compete successfully in the global economy now and in the future, and are secure, challenging and enjoyable/fun places to work.
