➥ Executed organizational change and leadership development initiatives by analyzing needs, identifying gaps and activating 1,680 training hours for 210 staff resulting in $232,750+ savings and improved job performance.
➥ Raised $2.2M+ over tenure to facilitate organizational change by developing strategic donor relations. 

People & Culture:

➥ Implemented long-term cultural and morale change by conceptualizing the importance of the overall mission and translating neurological concepts into valuable 10-minute teaching exercises.
➥ Provided staff counseling for depression, childhood abuse, abandonment, obsessive/addictive behaviors, suicide, eating disorders, and self-harm.

Partnered with a small team to envision, launch, and manage a counseling center leading individuals and couples through a holistic and developmental approach to increase capacity and life satisfaction. Supported clients through diverse personal challenges including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, childhood abuse, self-harm, suicide ideation, eating disorders, parenting, trauma recovery, obsessive behaviors, and spiritual exploration.
